Arch Agency represents individuals who embody authenticity, intention, and professionalism. To ensure a safe and transparent process for all applicants, we follow strict UK safeguarding standards and comply fully with the UK Online Safety Act 2023.

​We do not accept walk‑ins.​

All applications must be submitted online, and castings are by invitation only. If you would like to apply, please use our online submission form, available here.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the application on your behalf and provide full consent.

​

Photo Requirements

To help us assess your application fairly, please ensure your photos meet the following guidelines:

  • Natural photos only — no filters or retouching

  • Please avoid selfies

  • Neutral facial expression (no smiling or pouting)

  • No makeup, natural hair

  • Simple, well‑fitted clothing

  • Clear lighting and a plain background

  • Submit: headshot, mid‑length, and full‑length

Professional photos are not required.

 

Safety & Verification

Your safety is our priority.

If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent Arc:

  • Do not respond until you have verified their identity

  • All official communication will come from an email ending in: @arcagency.co.uk (or your final domain)

  • If you are unsure, contact us directly using the details on our website

  • If you are under 18, inform a trusted adult immediately

We will never ask for:

  • payment

  • inappropriate images

  • private social media passwords

  • personal information beyond what is required for your application

If anything feels unusual, please reach out to us.

 

Information for Under‑18 Applicants

We welcome applications from young talent aged 15–18, but additional safeguarding measures apply.

1. Can someone under 18 apply?

Yes — but a parent or legal guardian must complete the application and provide consent.

​

2. What photos should we submit?

Natural, daylight snapshots on a plain background. No makeup, no filters, no professional photos needed.

​

3. Will my child be safe during the process?

Absolutely. All communication is transparent, and a parent/guardian must be present for:

  • video calls

  • in‑person meetings

  • castings

  • development sessions

We never meet a minor alone.

4. Are there any fees?

No. Arch Agency does not charge application, registration, or signing fees.

​

5. What happens if my child is shortlisted?

You will be invited to a follow‑up meeting or video call. We will explain:

  • how representation works

  • what to expect from the industry

  • our safeguarding standards

  • development and training

  • next steps

 

6. How does Arch Agency support young talent?

We provide:

  • guidance

  • safeguarding oversight

  • development support

  • clear communication

  • involvement of parents/guardians at every stage

We prioritise education, wellbeing, and long‑term growth.

7. What happens to the photos and data submitted?

All application data is stored securely and used only to assess suitability. If the application is unsuccessful, all data is deleted within 30 working days.

Casting Policy

Arch Agency does not accept walk‑ins. All castings are:

  • invitation‑only

  • scheduled in advance

  • supervised (for under‑18s)
