UNDER‑18 APPLICANTS GUIDELINES
Arch Agency welcomes applications from young people aged 15–17, provided the application is submitted by a parent or legal guardian. The safety, wellbeing, and education of minors are our highest priorities, and we follow strict safeguarding standards throughout the application and representation process.
These guidelines explain how the process works and what you can expect.
1. Can my child apply if they are under 18?
Yes. We accept applications from individuals aged 15–17, but:
-
the application must be completed by a parent or legal guardian
-
parental consent is required at every stage
-
education remains the priority
-
modelling for minors is considered a holiday‑time activity
In all cases, a parent or legal guardian must attend any meeting, casting, fitting, or booking involving a minor. Arch Agency does not act as a chaperone and will never attend in place of a parent or guardian.
2. What type of photos should we submit?
We prefer natural, unedited snapshots, taken in daylight against a plain background.
Please include:
-
a clear headshot
-
a mid‑length photo
-
a full‑length photo
Your child should:
-
wear simple, comfortable clothing
-
avoid makeup
-
avoid filters or heavy editing
We do not require professional photos.
We will never request:
-
swimwear photos
-
lingerie photos
-
revealing or inappropriate images
-
private selfies
-
images taken without a guardian’s knowledge
3. Will my child be safe during the application process?
Yes. Your child’s safety is our top priority.
We ensure:
-
all communication includes the parent/guardian
-
no private messaging with minors
-
no direct social media contact
-
all meetings take place with a guardian present
-
all video calls include a guardian
-
all staff follow Arch Agency Safeguarding Policy
-
all data is handled securely
We never meet a minor alone.
4. Is there a fee to apply or sign with Arch Agency?
No. We do not charge:
-
application fees
-
registration fees
-
sign‑up fees
Representation is free. We only earn commission when talent is paid for work.
5. What happens if my child is selected?
If shortlisted, we will invite you and your child to:
-
an in‑person meeting or
-
a video call (guardian must be present)
During this meeting, we will:
-
explain the modelling and creative industries
-
introduce you to the Arch Agency team
-
discuss expectations and commitments
-
