2. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination, Harassment & Victimisation
Arch Agency has zero tolerance for:

harassment (including sexual harassment)

victimisation

exclusion or unfair treatment
Harassment includes (but is not limited to):

unwanted comments or jokes about protected characteristics

3. Inclusive Casting & Client Expectations
Arch Agency will only work with clients who uphold lawful and inclusive casting practices.
We do not accept briefs that:

exclude individuals based on protected characteristics

request discriminatory changes to appearance

promote harmful stereotypes

require unsafe, degrading, or inappropriate work
-
conflict with safeguarding or ethical standards
Where a brief includes specific characteristics (e.g., ethnicity, age range), Arch Agency ensures these are lawful, relevant, and non‑discriminatory.
4. Accessibility, Disability & Reasonable Adjustments
Arch Agency supports Talent with disabilities or access needs.
Arch Agency will:

discuss access needs confidentially

make reasonable adjustments where possible

ensure clients provide accessible environments

ensure no one is disadvantaged due to disability
Talent are encouraged to disclose access needs so we can support them appropriately.
5. Under‑18 Talent
For minors, Arch Agency ensures:

full compliance with safeguarding law

guardian attendance at all bookings
-
age‑appropriate work only
-
no adult‑themed or discriminatory content
-
no pressure to alter appearance in harmful ways
Arch Agency does not act as a chaperone.
6. AI, Digital Likeness & Bias Prevention
Arch Agency AI Code of Practice applies in full.
AI must not:

introduce bias in casting

alter protected characteristics
-
create synthetic versions of Talent
-
reinforce stereotypes
-
replace human Talent
Clients must disclose any AI use and obtain written consent where required.
7. Reporting Concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses’ discrimination, harassment, or misconduct should report it to Arch Agency immediately.
Reports will be:

taken seriously
-
handled sensitively
-
kept confidential where possible
-
investigated promptly
No Talent or staff member will face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.
8. Non‑Compliance
Arch Agency may:

withdraw Talent from unsafe or discriminatory environments
-
terminate client relationships
-
terminate representation
-
refuse future bookings
Discrimination or harassment may also result in legal consequences.
9. Review & Continuous Improvement
Arch Agency will review this policy regularly and update it in line with:

changes in UK law
-
industry standards
-
safeguarding requirements
-
feedback from Talent and clients
